		<description>I love stuffed peppers. I make them at least once a month. Here is a slight difference (as that&#039;s how my mom madedt) I use ground pork (not beef) and I use &quot;semi cooked&quot; rice not cooked all the way but not raw.
  The rest is the same :)</description>
